Umpqua Community Veg Education Group (UC-VEG) is a grassroots, community effort to support those who are interested in learning about holistic health*, sustainability, and the wide-ranging benefits of eating more whole plant-based foods. With an emphasis on compassion, respect, and understanding, UC-VEG offers educational and social events as a community service. Through practical strategies to enhance well-being on all levels, UC-VEG contributes toward a healthier, thriving community and a more environmentally sustainable society.

UC-VEG is a registered 501 (c)3 non-profit organization located in Douglas County, Oregon.
