Changing our behaviors can be difficult and overwhelming and sometimes we need a reminder that “we’re not alone”. We are social creatures and, as such, we all do better in making new achievements when we have support. Whether it comes from our family, friends, attending a regular program, working with someone one-on-one or all of the above, making positive and lasting change in our behaviors is more likely to happen with the support of others, in a fun and comfortable atmosphere.

Don’t be shy…come join the fun! UC-VEG Volunteers that have been in your shoes are more than happy to share their pitfalls, successes, learned strategies and other supportive information like videos, recipes, books, and favorite restaurants!
